Black Market Corp is a 6-piece band with Sean Erickson on guitar, DJ Dinari on the 1, 2's, Phill Fraser on vocals, John Kyle on drums, and Edward Peifer on vocals, keys, guitar and harmonica. BMC was founded by Edward Peifer and Phill Fraser in late 2007. Edward and Phill immediately began production of the "Dope on Plastic" LP following their introduction. While attending the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA, Phill met Conrad, and John and developed a working professional relationship. DJ Dinari was recruited late 08' and the band began rehearsing for public display immediately. Employing the talents of a former teacher, Audio Engineer Dan Heck, Edward recorded "D.O.P." and established veteran Bill Dooley to master the album at Paramount Studios Mastering. Edward Peifer engineered, mixed and produced the "Dope on Plastic" LP which will be released in April 2009.

Black Market Corp's live performance is high in energy and full in production. Using modern technology and techniques to pull off the live rendition of "Dope on Plastic"; Fans get to experience a unique performance which deviates from the recorded album in layout but maintains its vast dynamic production and intensity. The song writing and production leave little doubt about the talent and potential of its' artists. "Dope On Plastic" was developed and recorded "on-the-fly" with session players from various backgrounds and a minimal budget.

None the less, with aggressive and poetic lyrics and delivery, each song is a passionate composition and production containing intricate transitions and progressive counter-points. Black Market Corp gives their fans something innovative in music- a different approach to sound that fully encompasses the experiences that shape modern music today.
